Hello - keep in mind when considering the value of these homes that the builder has know this was coming for quite a while so most of these homes have had their finish work cut to the bone. These are not the deluxe homes from last years inventory. I would say at least 40 to 60K in finish goods have been deleted in each home. It all starts with the plastic front doors. Take careful notice of the level of trim and finish. I've been to about 60 of them so far and they are all very different. It's going to be an interesting and I think exciting auction!
