Nine new single family homes at The Villas at Calle Real in Santa Barbara are being auctioned off on Dec 9.
These single family homes have asking prices from $994,500 to $1,189,500. The minimun bids are from $595,000 to $695,000. There are 3bd/3.5ba and 4bd/3.5ba homes. Even though these are detached single family homes, there is a HOA fee of $271 to $318 a month. The community only has 12 units total. So only three were sold with the remaining nine going to the auction.
