1 condo in the Victoria Heights development, Rancho Cucamunga. Minimum bid $149,000 for 2bd/2ba.
9 condos in the Lakes development, Corona. Minimum bid $109,000 for 2bd/1ba.
10 condos in the Pacific Pines development, Torrance. Minimum bid $199,000 for 2bd/1.75ba.
22 condos in the Monterey Villas development, Santa Ana. Minimum bid $129,000 for 1bd/1ba.
26 condos in the Palmilla development, Riverside. Minimum bid $99,000 for 2bd/1ba.

All of them are condo conversions from apartments, so they are not "new" per se.
